Centre Senctioned GDC & ITI for Padder

In a yet another mega achievement today for Sub-Division Padder of District Kishtwar got sanction of Government Degree College by MHRD meeting held under the chairmanship of the Minister concerned Prakash Javdekar which in turn is a moment of delight and a day for celebration for the whole area.

Reacting to the outcome of the meeting Minister for Power Development Sunil Kumar Sharma said, this was a much needed although most awaited
project for everyone in the district and specifically for the Padder Sub-division which will witness now a new era in terms of education sector where students
will not suffer for their higher studies especially those who were not in a condition to send their
children’s at Kishtwar college or Jammu.

Adding to this “Industrial Training institute” (ITI) has also been sanctioned for Padder
which will add to the skill
development of people of area especially young entrepreneurs trying to be more professional regarding their skills and as well
for employment generation.

Minister while congratulating the whole district for this much needed project thanked MoS in PMO Dr. Jitendra Singh,
Minister for Higher education Jammu & Kashmir Imran Raza Ansari and Ministry of “Human
resources and development in General for their extensive support and consideration keeping in view the demand of General Public.

He also said that it’s not about time span it’s about the result we were waiting for those who were
crying and making it an issue were not awared about the facts as they had nothing to do with the projects like this and even
did not knew the meaning of true development.

We have a concrete plan to be worked out and Policy of “Less talks and more work” which is self explanatory before the people of state in General and for whole district Kishtwar in particular, and soon you will see class work will be carried out as
state has got enough money worth in crores for the said project to meet with the requirements,” he added.
